Mead Makers Discussion :This workshop is geared towards both experienced and new meadmakers. The focus will be on current best practices as there is much outdated information out there. We will cover everything from equipment, appropriate space, ingredients, yeast selection, racking, clarification, post fermentation adjustments, and bottling. There will be time at the end of the workshop for a Q & A session. No alcohol will be served during this workshop as it is intended to be informative and geared towards improving everyone's overall knowledge and skill level when it comes to homebrewing.
