What time does access begin on Wednesday?
Noon on Wednesday for Vendors. Guests will begin to arrive at 10am Thursday.
Can I have help setting up Wednesday without having to purchase another 3-day ticket?
If they are only coming to help set up they do not need a pass. They must be off site by 9 am Friday. Please do not abuse this privilege and cause us to change the policy next year.
Are we obligated to be at our booths at certain times throughout the weekend? What are the vending hours?
No. This is really up to you. Untamed will not be requiring any vendor to maintain certain hours. The information booth for Untamed will be closing at 7pm. Our kids activities will end around 8. The adults only fire pit with drumming and dancing will start up around 8 and will go until there is no fire tender to watch over the fire.
We assume that each vendor will want to make the most of their time at Untamed, and be responsible for what that means to them. If there is a workshop or a performance that you want to see, and that means you need to close down the shop, we trust each business owner will weigh their enjoyment against sales/customer engagement and make a wise choice.
Is there access to power at all in the vendor booth area, and if not, are we able to bring our own small/portable generator?
There is no electricity at this location.
Please do not run generators during rituals at the Hive or during the live music on Saturday. Be mindful of your neighbors.
Is the vendor booth space area secure at night after activities end? Or would we need to tear down/lock up items at the end of each day?
You are responsible for your items throughout the entire weekend. Vendors will have camping space next to your vending booth and the area will be lit with fairy lights, but we recommend taking any precautions you feel necessary.
Untamed will have a volunteer security team but ultimately each person is responsible for their possessions.
When can tear down start on Sunday?
You can start tearing down as soon as you would like, again there are no set vending times. All vendors and guests are required to be off site by 5pm on Sunday.
Are there any restrooms, porta potties or potable water available?
There will be porta-potties onsite but no running or potable water.
Is there internet or cell service available?
There is no festival wide WiFi and cell service is spotty at best.
How far from the vendor space will the camping area be located?
General camping for guests will be dispersed throughout the festival grounds and vendors will have camping space available adjacent to your booth space.
Will additional information be provided prior to the event regarding rules and regulations?
You will receive a guest packet closer to the festival dates with complete Untamed guidelines. But don’t expect it to say too much more than “Don’t be a jerk..stay hydrated..pick up after yourself.. no glass” If you have specific questions or concerns, please contact us and we will address them.
Do I have to offer a workshop
No, it is not required however it is strongly encouraged.
