Welcoming amazing vendors, teachers, healers, and more to join us for 2024!
We are looking for several types of vendors to both support Pagan businesses and ensure festival goers have a great time.
Untamed 2024 will be Thursday May 30th @ 10 am – Sunday June 2nd @ 5 pm @ 8,200 feet in Pine Co
The 1st type of vendor is the traditional merchant vendor selling Pagan or festival goods including but not limited to crystals, metaphysical items, décor, clothing, and accessories etc. The 2nd type of vendor are spaces for teachers, healers, mentors, and community leaders. These are great networking spaces where you can also offer small classes, individual sessions, magick, meditation, seances, and more. The above options are all 10 x 10 spaces in our Pennyroyal Lane Market space. The fee for these spaces is $100 and includes one adult full weekend pass. Any additional passes must be purchased separately.
In addition to our vendor area we also have The Buzz energy space. We are looking for energy workers, readers, massage therapists, reiki practitioners, and the like to join this community space. The fee to participate in this space is $100, this includes your 10×10 space in the Buzz and one adult entry pass.
We are also welcoming food vendors! This is not a normal venue so please be aware that there is no power, and it is rustic camping. We would love to have a few food vendors who are able to accommodate these unique circumstances. Food Vendors have the option to join us for the entire 5 days or they can come up on Saturday and set up for two days. The cost for food vendors is the same $100 and includes one adult full weekend pass.
Last but most importantly, this is an event to help people connect and share. We are asking all of our vendors participate in the Pennyroyal Sessions offering a free workshops during scheduled times throughout the festival. These can be 15 to 45 minutes and cover just about any family friendly topic. These are great networking and community building opportunities. These will be held in or around your booth creating small informal groups, also making them great for attracting customers to your space. These will be blocks of time where all of the vendors are offering workshops, or these can be at Specific time if appropriate, i.e. Yoga at dawn, a noon meditation etc. We are offering a discount on your booth space for offering these workshops. Once your workshop outline has been approved you will receive a discount code.
At our 2nd annual Untamed Festival we are building off an amazing foundation and continuing to grow this spiritual event. We look forward to hearing from you!

If you are interested in becoming a vendor there are some important things to know
- There will be no internet or cell phone service. Once on site this is a cash only event.
- This event is at 8200 feet. Please talk to your Dr. before deciding to attend, especially if you have respiratory, or cardiovascular troubles.
- All purchase are final and there are no refunds.
- All Spaces must be set up between May 29th 12:00 p.m. – May 30th 9:00 a.m. ready for patrons Thursday morning.
- The Deadline for Vendor Registration is May 5th.
- Each vendor is asked to present a workshop either in one of our main workshop arias or in their space, this is not required but strongly encouraged.
- All vendors need to bring their own equipment including tents and canopies.
If you are interested in joining our team for Pennyroyal Lane
- Each vending space includes a 10 x 10 foot vending space and a small area for you to set up your camp adjacent to your vending space.
- The booth fee is $100 and includes one (1) guest pass to Untamed. Additional guest pass must be purchased for everyone in your party that intends to stay at Untamed. These can be full or 2 day passes and can be purchased through the guest tickets.
If you are an energy worker or massage therapist we are offering a new community space, The Buzz! This space is above the stage and offers a more quiet environment for healing, readings and massage.
- Each Buzz space includes a 10 x 10 foot vending space and a small area for you to set up your camp adjacent to your space.
- The fee to join this space is $100 and includes one (1) guest pass. Anyone who will be joining you for the weekend will need their own pass.
Food Vendors
We are looking for interested food vendors who are able to serve food at 8200 feet with no electricity. This is a challenging venue, due to this we are also offering food vendors to come up just for Saturday and Sunday. We also understand if food vendors do not offer workshops, although cooking or food classes would be very welcomed.
