DESCRIPTION:Join us as we gather for a long weekend celebrating all Pagan faiths! \nUntamed is long camping weekend in the Colorado mountains\, full of Pagan fellowship and blissful self-expression. Vendors will be set up in either Pennyroyal lane right near the heart of the event. This is a great opportunity for you to connect with the Pagan community\, network and grow your business. \n~ Each vending space includes a 10 x 10 foot vending space and a small area for you to set up your tent camp adjacent to your vending space. \n~ The booth fee is $130 and includes one (1) guest pass to Untamed. Additional passes can be purchased with your booth. \n~ RV and Double Spaces for $250 and these come with two (2) adult full weekend passes. \n~ Food Vendors: We are looking for interested food vendors who are able to serve food at 8200 feet with no electricity. This is a challenging venue\, due to this we are also offering food vendors to come up just for Saturday and Sunday. We also understand if food vendors do not offer workshops\, although cooking or food classes would be very welcomed. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nImportant Things to Know First\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThere will be NO internet or cell phone service. Once on site this is a cash only event.\nSet up begins on Wednesday June 3rd 2026 at noon. Gates open June 4th at 10 am and vendors must be set up before the gates open. The event ends Sunday at 5pm and we ask vendors to keep their booths open until then.  Vendors must have their spaces cleared no later then June 8th at 3pm.\nThe Deadline for Vendor Registration is May 5th.\nEach vendor is asked to present a workshop either in one of our main workshop areas or in their space\, this is not required but strongly encouraged. There is a time in the schedule each day for the Pennyroyal sessions and this is a time when guests are encouraged to come and participate in your workshops at your space.\nOnce on site this is a cash only event.\nThere are wild animals\, dogs\, and domesticated animals roaming on the property.\nThere are no refunds for tickets. All sales are final.\nRain\, shine\, snow\, this is an all weather event and only acts of the Gods and wild fire will cancel this event.\nAll cars will be required to park in designated parking lots.\nPlease be prepared for ALL weather and cold nights. Early June at 8000 ft. can be unpredictable so please be prepared for snow\, rain and sun.\n\n  \nUntamed Fest is held at 8200 feet. It is important that you check with your health care provider before purchasing your ticket.  The CDC warns: If you plan to travel to an elevation higher than 8\,000 feet above sea level or higher\, you may be at risk for altitude illness\, which is caused by low oxygen levels in the air. People with pre-existing medical conditions should talk with a doctor before traveling to high elevation. \n\n~ People with heart or lung disease should talk to a doctor who is familiar with high-altitude medicine before their trip. \n~ People with diabetes need to be aware that their illness may be difficult to manage at high elevation. \n~ Pregnant women can make brief trips to high elevations but they should talk with their doctor because they may be advised not to sleep at elevations above 10\,000 feet. \n~ People with some illnesses (e.g.\, sickle cell anemia\, severe pulmonary hypertension) should not travel to high elevations under any circumstances. \n  \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease read the Liability waiver before purchasing your tickets\, there are no refunds.  We also ask that you print both the medical and liability forms and bring them with your ticket to the gate. Vendors will also have to fill out a vendor contract prior to purchase of their space. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.  Vendors Must be pre-approved before purchase.
